Guangzhou is doing it the way they have been doing it. The question is, are they going to do more as we see the numbers coming down to their range we had for April interviews. Note how they are getting into the 30 day notice group. Note also the gap is still within the 30 day range of notification from the longest to shortest P3-P4 of 129 to 98 days waits. If we see a drop to 80 days, this will be new.

 

Here are all the September interviews so far. (Sorted in P3 date or P3 received order).

The first numbered column is P3 computer entry to P4 number of days.

The second numbered column is P3 received (or P3 letter date) to P4 number of days

The third column is P3 to Interview number of days.

The fourth column is the number of days notice, or P4 to Interview.

Actually you are at the top of the list as I used your P3 date of when you received it back on March 7th. Note the P3 to P4 column will put you within the pattern of days wait, assuming everyone gets assigned in the way back when, if everything else is okay.
