Just a quick question. I have looked at flights out of china for the 5th on elong.com and have found a pretty good deal. don't know where my so goes to get her flight info but she seems a little wary of elong.com. just want to verify. she is hesitant i think because they want to see her visa before she books a flight at some other place so now she thinks she has to have her actual visa before booking. she should get the visa this saturday.

david, am i mistaken or did you read the instructions to put the telegraphic code for the name on the 156

thanks. i am thinking my so must be reading a forum somewhere as she seems to know more about this than the attorney. she insists on putting all the stuff filled out from P4 in one folder and getting rid of everything else.

i will have to go back and get that letter and check it out again.

things are getting a little bit confusing. the DS 230 was not one of the forms in the P4 i believe. the attorney has had it filled out for a while and is in the folder my so is taking to the medical exam. the only other thing i am worried about is the attorney also said we only need the 156 and 157 in english. if i emailed guangzhou and asked them if i could clarify all of this altho they are not very consistent. i'm leaving china tomorrow and now i'm feeling like this stuff isnt done

i have an attorney and he is sending my so with a package including all the docs like the I-129 and the copy of my passport, etc. he doesnt always seem to know as much as everyone on here so i am going with your info. what i understand now is that the only thing you need to take is the stuff they ask for in the P4. the DS230 and the I-129 isnt needed-altho the attorney has included it.

does the hospital also take the I-129 and all the papers from the initial application.

i have her name in the telegraphic code but was confused as to use it on line 6 and 7of the DS156. i have to look at her passport because it says to put in her name as in the passport. i would assume thats in telegraphic code. otherwise where does her name with the telegraphic code go

on form 156 is says put name in telegraphic code. anyone know about this, also what do you do with the four pictures. do you just bring them with you with all the other docs.
