Guangzhou kept her visa

Gloria got a blue slip, becuase the 864 form was not filled out all correct, but they kept her visa. Does anyone know if this is normal?

So the embassy has her visa right now.

Ross, I think you mean they kept her Passport, correct? Don't think GUZ actually issued her visa W/O the I-864 info from you. acw

Sounds to me that holding on to the passport (yes? not visa?) is a good sign, suggesting that once you get the I-864 squared away, they'll give the passport back to Gloria with the visa.

Wow Ross, what did you leave out of the 864? Curious... I made a copy of this years tax return where she was added on with me, and a copy of the W-7 she filed. I hope this will keep it current

Stupid me, sinc ei havent ever filed a tax return, since after i got out of college i came right to china i had my mom be a joint sponsor, well i ddint fil out a 864 at alll, all we had was my moter.
