Do we need every form with us to get the medical?

Do we need to have every form with us for the medical people to put ino the package? Right now we have everything with us except a notarized copy of our marriage, and that s in the mail

You will need the marriage certificate.

read and re-read your package, take every thing they ask for, including your marriage certificate

Take everyhting you have to the physical. They will go through it-organize it, then put it in a sealed envelope for the interview. Whatever they don't put in the envelope-have your SO carry to the interview.

It is STATED on the P-4.

 

OURS (as a CR-1) said to bring the documents listed on the OF-171. I believe the P-4 for K visas varies a little but is VERY SIMILAR- there is a copy in links and resources- "Forms and such" of the K visa P-4/OF171, I believe.
