Hi Melvin When i File for my wife Visa, I file under our married name. GZ change her name back to her family name when she came here and received her green card it was change back to our married name. we learn that it is very difficult to change your name in china. we also learn that if your wife change her name GZ will process her visa under her family not married name. hope this help. Mark, when i fill out our I 130 I used our married name GZ change it back to her maiden name however when her green card arrived it was in our married name. her ssi card had to be change to our married name.

Hey guys this could be a serious problem for some of you. some of you may be suffering from a disease call sleep apnea and should get it check out. others may have too many pillows which can be corrected by removing pillows A little extra weight will make it worst. Terrence & Linda
