We filed in Guangzhou on April 06 2017 and got an email saying to fill out DS-260 on April 14 2017. I actually made a mistake in making the appointment with the second floor at Guangzhou instead of the third floor. I called the Guangzhou consulate and talked to the man that works there and he arranged for us to come in without an appointment. He basically made us an appointment. Very happy to have this step done.

My wife and I hope to get our I-130 and I-130a approved. I have a question about when it comes time for the interview. I have my tax transcripts for 2015, 2014, and 2013 this includes the account transcripts and return transcripts. Will this be enough? I can't get 2016 yet will this be a problem? Thank you

How to print out Skype history? My wife and I met in February 2016, we talked on Skype morning and night every day missing very few days. How do I go about showing the people at Guangzhou this extensive chat history? I have not been able to figure out how to get it printed. I have an Apple iPad Thank you

I have a question about DCF in Guangzhou. I have talked to the people that work at Guangzhou. They have told me my wife who is a Chinese citizen can come in the building with me when I file our I-130 form. I always thought a Chinese citizen could not come in the building until it's time for the interview. Thank you

Does anyone have any advice? My wife and I will be going to Guangzhou in April. We have filled out the new I-130 form, the brand new form I-130a and form G-1145. We have had our marriage certificates notarized and translated into the white books. We will have many pictures of us together, and pictures of us with her family. We will have three relationship affidavits from my parents and sister. I have made a cover letter, and relationship letter. Anything else I should do? Thank you

Can't find W2 from 2015, but I do have the tax transcripts from the past three years from the IRS. Will this be enough for when we go to the hopeful interview? Thank you for the help

The man was very clear about the Form I-130a. We know about G-325a we need to fill out two of these forms. One for my wife and one for myself. Thank you

Advice needed on I-130 My wife and I will be travelling from Chengdu to Guangzhou. We will DCF the first of April. We talked to Guangzhou yesterday. The man told us we need to turn in a Form I-130a. I haven't ever heard of this form. The form is about my wife's biographic data. She signs this form. My question is how does my wife sign this form? Does she sign in Chinese characters or pinyin? The forms my wife has to sign how is she supposed to sign? Thank you for all of the help

My wife and I are living in Chengdu. We need a little advise on what we should type on the address part of the Form I-130 sections B.2 and C.2. The section B.2 is my section to type the address. My wife and I are living in Chengdu. She is Chinese. We will be going to Guangzhou in April to DCF. On Form I-130 on the top it says address. My address is on the left and my wife's address is on the right. Do we type our addresses where we are staying in Chengdu? Also on Form G-325A I have not worked since August 2016 so do I type unemployed on both parts? The full name and address, and occupation. Do I type none on both parts? Thank you Nick and Hua
