In California all new teachers are required to get an ESL Certification. There are many techniques to teaching ESL. Those techniques are also used in teaching other subjects. By using the ESL techniques, the child is still able to learn their core subjects like social studies, science, etc, as well learn the new language. Each state sets their own requirements for teachers. Set up an appointment with your local school principle and ask about their program. I dont care who you are you will not learn the subject matter if it requires english until you can speak and understand english

The China Womens gymnastics team did nothing to deserve with being compared with the likes of illegal drug users like Mark McGwire and Barry Bonds. The young ladies from China have NOT cheated, nor did they disobey any rules. They complied with every request and regulation issued by the International Olympic Committee. The ladies of China simply out performed their competitors and did it without the use of artificial enhancements like illegal drugs.
