    hi, i am trying to submit my wife's I-751 to remove the conditional status, but i received back the application stating that she needs a copy of her I-551 card. We never received it and honestly i forgot that we needed to follow up with immigration if we did not receive it within a certain amount of time. The sheet that was given to us stated that the stamp in her visa book was good until we receive the temporary. How long will it take for me to get this card? Do we have to have it? Can i file for an extension to file the i-751? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Thank you for the response. Can someone clarify this statement for me? it is stated on her Visa, " Upon endorsement serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent residence for 1 year."

    First I want to say thank you for all the information throughout our process of getting my wife to the USA. She arrived 9/2/15. It has been great so far. Now, we must file the for I-751 to remove the conditions on residence. I am confused on when to file. Is it within 90 days of our two year anniversary? Or is it another date? Our 2 year anniversary will be 1/21/2016. Thank you, Paul and Betty

    Is this good for the birth certificate? Applicant: (wife name), female, born on (birthday) ID # Related Persons: (father's name), male, born on (birthday), ID# (Mother's name), female, born on (birthday), ID# Notarial item: Relatives relationship This is to certify that my wife is the daughter of (mom & dad). Dad is the father of (my wife), and mom is the mother of (my wife). the signature you see above.

    let me clarify, my wife went to hejian, her home city. Does she need to go to the capital, Sichuan?

    I believe she did this. i think i mispoke before. everything was written and translated and placed in a binder. The only thing i don't see is that the birth certificate doesn't say in the translation "born in Hejian" this is the english translation at the bottom of the birth certificate. luzhou haitian notary public office(seal) sichuan province the people's republic of china does this read that she went to the Notary?

    hi. i submitted the supporting documents to the NVC. They stated that "The birth certificate we received is from the incorrect issuing authority" My wife went to her home town of Herjian to get the copy of her birth certificate. I believe she went to the police station. Where is she to go to get her birth certificate? thank you in advance for your assistance.

    hi, after paying the fees. i am submitting supporting documents. pictures and proof of our relationship was turned in, along with our marriage certificate and our divorce papers. am i to resubmit these papers at this time? can i submit pictures from recent time together and / or conversations since i turned in the petition?

    Hi, at this point in the process with the NVC, i have completed the ds-261 and paid my (the petitioner) fees. I have emailed my financial and tax transcripts. it has been about 5 days since i have submitted the documents. how long will it take for the NVC to process. Also, when will I be able to pay my wife's application fee?

    HI, Is there a particular doctor that my wife will need to go to? I think that she has to get some shots. when she sees the doctor, is there anything in particular that she will have to explain to the doctor?

    Hi, I am ready to email the I-864 to the National Visa Center. But, i still haven't received the Alien registration Number that is listed on the form. When and where do i receive this number?

Will I need to submit the cover sheet as well with the I-864? Also, some of the douments that are listed on the cover sheet, i have previously submitted. Do i just mark the cover sheet as not applicable? I am currently visiting my wife for a second time. Can we submit pictures taken from this trip as well? Alsowhen will we receive our Alien registration number

    My apologies. She has been approved for the petition only. we are starting the visa process, the very beginning, we are waiting for the phone call from the state department for visas.

    thank you for the good advice. my wife has decided to leave her job this week to prepare for her moving to the USA. How does that appear? Does it matter? we did list her job on the petition. is there any paperwork that i will need to fill out for this? I will be traveling out to China to visit my wife. I will bring all necessary paperwork for her. Can someone please help?

    Hello everyone. Today I received the great news that my wife's visa was approved! We are very happy that it only took 5 1/2 months. I am waiting for instruction from the government. What can i expect now and how long before i can bring my wife to the US?

    hI, i am ready to turn in my papers. I want to submit my wife and I communication on QQ. I want to know the best way to turn it in. we have a few hundred pages of communication. I want to turn in the first couple of our conversations. Then i want to demonstrate the total length of our rerlationship. Can someone help me please?

    Hi, I am ready to mail in my I-130 petition. I want to confirm that I DON'T mail in the I-864. Also, is it ok, for the pictures and communication, to send only a disk? Should I send a few pictures without the disk?
