  1. Well said!!! I can't wait for my bride to learn her way around freedom. I would prefer she stay distant in her ways. I'm facinated.
  2. That's the way I feel about it!! I hope the same for you too.
  3. This post possibly turned my life around... you are soooooo right!!! Its a shame I just finished paying my attorney off. But, your post is right on.....
  4. This is a great place to encourage each other. Your words break my heart and not for my case but yours. The script line was heavy. Maybe Tom Petty could use that stuff!!! Once again, Thank you abd everyone on here for their kindness. Your right about staying busy, after back surgery three weeks ago I tried to go back to work in ten days to get away from an empty house... One day I plan on waking up from this nightmare. Thanks TS
  5. I contacted Marc Ellis.... truer words have never been spoke. Thank you...
  6. WOW, thank you.... I'm ready to fight..... so naive!!!
  7. I sent an inquiry to Marc's e-mail account. I just missed three weeks work with back surgery hopefully its not an arm and a leg since I just finished paying my first attorney off.... I need an expert!!
  8. My lawyer sent me the following note, does anyone know about this latest development? A new development in China is that Yan can indicate a US Consulate of her choice for subsequent filing, and not the one in her jurisdiction. However, it she will have negative findings in her current case it is highly likely that it will be in her file. Thanks for your input.
  9. I had to provide additional information and did so by mail from my attorney. Then the VO decided non bona fide relationship and here we are in limbo!!! I pray there is light on the other end of the tunnel for all of us.
  10. I have read this post several times already. It means a lot to me. My wife was so down the last few days but we do HAVE hope and we both know that now. You're right about everything. I believe it is much harder for her than me and I can barely stand it.
  11. yes, I have and his knowledge is very impressive. I need to get in touch with my attorney since I have paid him already and see just where he sees himself in GUZ 'bad' experience. I appreciate your assistance.
  12. Yea, Yan had to travel from Zhengzhou to Guangzhou by train. Stay in town a few days to get her shots etc... and by the way, they made her ill. I agree its heartless.
  13. There's no way it was lack of evidence. How do I find out the truth? I totally understand what you're saying and it's freightening. The blue letter was sent to my attorney and we submittes the additional informatio they were seeking in abundance. So, I don't see it happening there. I believe with the attitude of the VO on that day that their decision was made before we had our fifteen minutes. I appreciate your input. If you know how to find out the real reason - come forth!! Thank you David. I also agree it had to do with my wife being scared to death and the VO being in a bad mood. My attorney has sent multiple letters to find out what happened but so far no reply.
  14. I didn't say they couldn't get in!! If they are that concerned with knowing me personally why wouldn't they let me talk with them about my case? I realize they are busy but we are paying customers. There can't be 50% fraud going through that Embassy, no way. I appreciate what they do, but something is wrong here. They didn't need to be rude to my wife. I don't care who they are. I don't care if they read this.
  15. I see the line backed up at Heavens gate for all the Visa Officers answering for their dirty deeds.
  16. There are so many blackend hearts abused by these nonsensical Embassy conundrums. It is a sad state of affairs at GUZ. I wish everyone the best. A few days ago I was in a dark place but after finding this site, I feel better. I had a great talk with my wife this morning and that giving up is not in our future. She was totally devastated when she received the letter of possible revocation. I have an immigration attorney but he doesn't tell me anything really about what's happening or at least mine doesn't. I thought it was basically all over until I began to read the posts from the kind people who are in the forum. My heart has a little spring in it today. God bless each of you. I totally agree with Ryan H: If they ask that question tell them there are already enough shattered lives living apart in solitude and sadness because of your CR1 process!!!! I pray for each of you. It's all we can do.
  17. Your right about the non-Bona-fide crap... It is inhuman!!!
  18. I went the K-3 route and looking back I would have gone the Fiance route because after your maried its such a burden to prove its real. We sunbmitted so much evidence they didn't believe us. I would look long and hard at a K-1 and spend as much time together as possible. I would be surprised if that question came up but God knows the people in Guangzhou are from another planet. We found out this week that our case is being sent back to the uscis for "possible revocation." It has hit us like a train. Being married and kept apart is a weight no one should carry. It is hell. Good luck to you!!!
  19. Yea, after my case laid dormant at the Embassy for seven months I contacted Senator John Cornyn and while I'm not a veteran he did look into my case and got it moving again. I will remember him later if this drags on. Thank you for your service!!!
  20. I told a friend yesterday that a good marriage sucessfully strives in times like this... I really do thank everyone for their words. It takes time to share this stuff and I'm sure I'm not the first that all the kind people have helped. Keep it up because I know there is more shattered people out there who will surely call upon your experience. I can't believe I found this site. Somebody steered me right!!
  21. Its nice finding a site to talk to others in the same boat. I was so naive going into this, I really was. I appreciate you TK!!
  22. This is such great stuff, give me my wife!!! Thank you Sir.
  23. If they only could feel a portion of the pain. Thanks man. So GUZ sent your case back to the USCIS in February wow.... Did you ever receive this letter of rebuttle they speak of or does this come after the USCIS has handed down it's decision? I guess that makes sense but come on its almost September. Is this really AMERICA?
  24. Thanks Mick, do you think the option of rebuttal letter will come to me, my attorney or my wife? I haven't seen anything yet. I appreciate your kind words. I'm broken over this mess. Simply broken.
