I'm new here so "Ni Hao!" to all. My fiancee was denied her K1 due to the consular officer (in GUZ) believing I had a relationship with my ex wife!!! My attorney here in America could not believe it! Neither could I. We gave them all the info they asked for and of course much more. I've been the Chengdu 3 times and have literally hundreds of photos showing us with her family and friends. Call records, MSN, emails, flower purchases and all of these from when I met her in September 2007 till present. I've been married twice before but both divorces are legal and final. Have not talked nor do I know where my first wife is since I have not talked with her for almost 34 years. Second wife lives in the same city as I and of course we have had some contact because we have a daughter. But I had not spoken to her in almost 2 years since my daughter graduated from college. So they requested a statement that explained my marriages. Wanted ss#, address, phone numbers, present name, etc. Of course after 34 years who knows where my first wife even is or what her name is. And of course me finding out what her ss# is would be impossible. Second wife I was able to give all this information. What are our chances of being approved now? Time frame until we hear something?
