I have known there are a great number of pendnig cases are from Ca. so shall we send to LA Times since Ca is one of the state holds the most suffers.

I got first letter from GZ in Augest but i have been still waiting for my visa and since my case is put on hold i really dont know how long i have to wait. Please stay in faith

 

I understand how sad you can be if you only think about the long period of waiting. But it won't help our case at all. the best way to fight is make everyday bright and enjoy things that you can find.

 

Now i really believe more that this past one year is not all bad or sad. My husband and I are loving each other more and more day by day and There is nothing pleasure than we watch our love grow and do everything now for our futuer when we can be together. Hard time taught me how to handle things which you dont like but you can't choose. Ive never felt i know what i am living for this clear until today. So i have great many of appreciating to this hard waiting period. Well our battle has not be finished still but we will be the winner at last. Life is too short if you star at millions and millions stars at night. All we should do is living better

here is the list i can get so far. My husband and I was trying so hard to collect as much info as we could on our on hold people. But we got disappointed. We always hoped all of our on hold people could stay together and make our voice louder.

[Has anyone used this site to book hotels?]

As my husband said, we are really soo satisfied booking hotel from elong. the luckiest time we had was staying in Shanghai 5 star greatwall Holidayin with a unbelievable low price!! and other time we got a really cute small room of 3 star hotel in the city center and we stayed there more than one week. Elong really has great server and you can even book hotel few mins before you decide to move in

 

Again. Sometimes ctrip is useful too. you would find different hotels as te ones elong has. I saw people in hangzhou train station were giving people elong card for free now. So next time i would get one for you. hehe but anyway you can always asking my elong ID. you can always book hotels like that. they would only check your elong ID number.

Our case has been put on hold by FBI since last Oct. but it does seems impossible to contact with them as we wishes.

I can only wish FBI is really working on our cases.

I've been on different holds for almost 2 years. Things with my Fiancee and I are really tough. I have tried writting letters to Congressman, Senators, Governor, the first lady and many letters to MH. Nothing helps. One thing that all of us can do is write a letter to the editor section of local newspapers and also papers in New York and Washington. These letters to the editors gets a lot of response from the reading public. Some papers like the New York times will only print letters that have to do with anything in the paper for the last 3 days. If you get this paper, look for something about freedoms or civil rights, than write that letter.

My honey called Ca again and was told that my case has been on hold for 229 days. it means that it has been on hold from last Oct. and my interivew was in Nov. really unbelievable

 

anyone else here know how long your case has been on hold. it is really unusual that it has been half a year already.

It is interesting to read in your latest response from DOS saying that FBI is the one placed "HOLD".  When I called and talked to KC, she kept on telling me that there is no way she can tell which agency has placed "HOLD".  So, is that okay for them to lie to us??  Also, I remeber seeing someone posted a message here a while ago, and mentioned that he called FBI about the hold case, and FBI denied itself being the agency that placed hold, anyone else saw that post?

yes it surprised to see FBI in their reply. we were always told there is another agency but never memtion FBI really

well it sounds cheaper than ask lawyer for help. It will cost $3000 to ask lawyer to just make phone call to CA.
