  1. They sent back everything because we had her address in China listed on the I-485 not our address. Just need to re-submitt. Do we need to also add the address to the G-325A?
  2. Thanks for the information. Just have one more visit back to the doctor tomorrow for the other shots she needs then we will send all the information off. I will make sure I have two copies of all documents.
  3. dnoblett, Thanks for the information. Sorry ment to say that I have the I-846A filled out(adding my support). I will taking her( Mother In-law ) for the Medical exam tomorrow afternoon. Already printed the I-94 for the I-485. The selection A has me confused for the wording. We are selecting A because we are filing a I-130? I will have all the forms with the required information separated. Do we have to mail all the forms separately? Thanks again for the help. Frank & Stephanie
  4. My wife and I will be filing the get permanent residence status for my mother in-law, my wife's mother. She is here on a B2 visa now and is getting older and will not work here, also she partially blind. I think I have all the forms for this: I-130 filled out by my wife I-485 filled in as her mother I-864 filled in by myself I-693 filled in by wife G-325A about her mother The questions that have on the forms are: The I-485 Part 2 I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because: (letter H) Not sure what to put, don't want to get denied. Do we file all the documents at the same time? USCIS does not make it easy to figure out. Any help would be great. Frank & Stephanie
  5. Everything went well she had both passports with her. dnoblett It would have been valid if she left a few months earlier.
  6. My finance Stephanie got her visa back in May 22 of this year when I went to visit her. She had to stay because a family member became sick and then later died. She tried to leave this past Tuesday but was short by 5 days on her passport. They told her she needed a valid 6 months left on her passport to be able to leave. She did go today and get her new passport and was allowed to keep her old passport. Will it cause any problems that her K1-visa is in the old one? Frank
  7. She got pink. We got their about 6:30 waited in line till about 8:30 when they finally started calling people in. She went in and the scared me when she came back down in 30 min we didn't make copies of her passport she need copies. No problem. She was asked the following questions. After handing in our passports she asked if my fiancé was here. What is your fiancé job? What do you do? Where does your fiancé live? Why you love your fiancé? How many times has my fiancé visited? When did he visit you last time? Please let me see pictures you together? (only had 6 photos of us together). Don’t have more? When she handed in our passports she also gave my Evolution of Relationship Letter. When I attended the ACH on Monday I did ask a few questions and the guy also made note that I stopped in and he looked over my EORL and said every looked fine. He was real nice. When I did try to get the letter notarized I was told I needed an appointment and that I should have enough time to get online and schedule one for Wed morning but she girl at the window did have a clue they was just too busy The sign says you can take a number, but they wont do anything unless you have made an appointment. We did stay at Mr. Yang's (TianYu Garden) right near the consulate it only took a few min to walk back and try to book, already booked. So for anyone going to ACH on Monday make sure you make an appointment. Ohh and Mr Yang took her to for her medical exam on Friday that was a big help. She told me that he was very friendly to her. Stephanie did call him and ask if he could look over her paper work he came over to out apt (on the 26th floor) the night before her interview and looked over the papar work. She did have a few mistakes that I had missed (in Chinese so I didn't know). I did see about I think about four or five other people get PINK that day too. I did have most of the typed in my phone but its not their now. If I forgot something I will post more later. I want to thank everyone here for all the help and support. I made it a lot easier to get thing done.

  10. Finally got the interview date May 20th @7:15am. I'm starting to look for my tickets to planning on leaving here the Friday or Saturday before so I can make it to the ACH on Monday. I know Stephanie will be excited to know I'm coming to see her soon. Just have to figure out what questions to ask now at ACH. Is anyone else scheduled for that day? Thanks everyone for the help. Frank

  13. Does it matter the visa category type they issue you? First visa I got was a category L, now I got an F type. It known as business visa, will this give me any problems when I go to China? I made a copy of the forms I sent in I did check Tourism.
  14. I found that Stephanie's p3 packet didn't have the second part the of the DS-230 Application for immigrant Visa and Alien Registration the Part II. Does she need to fill it out if they didn't send it to her? Frank
  15. What is your guys best answer for when getting interview. End of April or start May for interview estimated I guess... We just got the P3 and should send it out next week. Same time as everyone else documents on when it was sent from NVC in October.
