At the interview they will want to see proof of continued relationship, over the next 6-12 months or so, it all depends on if Santa likes you more than other or gives you a piece of coal because you were bad. B) Then after she arrives you will build more proof of relationship for the AOS interview and removal of conditional status interview assuming you are going for a K-1 visa. Each step of the process is looking for a different type of evidence, but you can worry about that as you enter those phases. Really it's easy as it's every day stuff. The proof of relationship you need to focus on now is something you are probably doing anyway, like emails and phone calls. You need to use a phone service or phone card that will provide you with a printable record of calls. I personally like DynaSky.com. If i am planning on be with her at the interview can i just bring all info with me?? And i also need to know when she needs to pay for the visa before or after her medical exam?

I just got notice that my 129f/k-1 case has been approved At the CSC. could someone please explain what this means and what happens from here??? I just need to make sure i keep my SO informed correctly. I have noticed to that the is no mention on the medical exam in anyones time lines??. ok Now i am confused, The nebraska service center recieved my 129f on the 2nd of may. Now my visa is denied ???????????

does anyone know what banks are approved in Beijing ??? and my SO will have to pay this before her medical exam ??

Thank you for all your great advice, I followed the advice of using sticky paper actually i got full sheets of sticky paper and opened up the G-325 form and fill out the corrections and then stuck them over the mistakes. I also had a document stating the changes I also had noterized I filed my application on the 27 of April the nebraska embassy recieved it on the 2nd of may which happens to be my sweeties Birthday. So i guess i will ride the tidal wave see what happens big relief just getting it out of my sight hahaha Thanks again to all There will be more questions to follow for we have just began

Ok thanks to all for your Info, But i have another question My SO noticed after the fact that on her G-325 forms that the address had a very slight mistake. How do i correct this? have her redo and wait another 20 days or can i just ink in the info ?. is it possible to scan and have her e-mail me the new forms??

while i'm waiting for my SO signed papers. I read that one should get birth certificate, divorce papers authenticated. I havent seen it on the us consulate web site. Is it really nessary????

why did you have to submitt a video, communication issue or lack of evidance?? I have not filled yet, waiting on her forms, and giving her time to learn english

I am just getting started gathering info on the k-1 visa, My SO and I have already met in Beijing, I am very concerned about the interview My SO is currently takeing english classed 2 times a week so i think she will be ok as far as communication but we didnt make a video And i am not sure i will beable to make it for her interview. My main question is should she do the interview in english or chinese?? Please help Thank you so much Sincerly Todd
