    I told myself I be organize, I be perpared, I be calm, then I get sent a curb ball, no k-3 but K-1, and a child added. maybe i'm having a brain fart, anyone else understand what i'm feeling at the moment. I feel like I going to screw up the paperwork grrrr and with how my luck been going I know something will go wrong!

    Ok looking through all the stuff I have for the K-1 process and I look and look and look and no letter from her on say we getting married when she come here, and finally I found it, BUT it not the certified copy of the letter she wrote it was a 2nd copy she made that we was going to get certified at the police station. After talking to her last night she found it in the drawing I gave her.

     

    so my question is do I need her letter certified? it sign just no certified stamp on it.

     

    and I can't trust mail getting to her, my letter from jan 15 arrive 2 days after I got to viet nam.

    Ahhh, but grasshopper, why is it that you have you not learned the ways of the Tao? The coffee pot will always be empty at your turn to receive your cup and the check is always lost in the mail. And were there ever any doughnuts in the box or is this just another crossroad you must pass through and reflect upon?

    You are probably right Dan but in this case he has an employer.  It was needless and vicious of the VO to demand something technically unneeded.

    Frankly, I think the VO bashing is unbecoming... they've got a job to do like most of us...

     

    If it is technically unneeded then why is it on the slip?

     

    In my opinion, from the year's worth of interviews I researched, this is a typical denial playing out... I don't see anything overtly odd from the VOs POV...

     

    He didn't like some things and wasn't going to use the interview time to change his mind.. A VO is not going to search all the "evidence" to resolve this.. the slip given is saying "we need more time".... this is what they say at the American Citizen Hour by the VOs.. this is typical...

     

    old wounds must heal.. don't pick the scab and it will heal...

    just curious what your opinion be if your SO got denial?

    I give them what they want... this is a business contract in my mind.. I applied for a visa and must meet the requirements...

    well let hope the VO decided don't change the requirement
