Ok, I am quite sure that many of you have been asked this question at least a thousand times already, but I have yet to find the postings that reviel the answers. What I am looking for is the information on how & where I can obtain all of that information that I am seeing so many of the other members having in their Signitures. I mean, they are so detailed, & So in cronilogical order. I have tried the ins.gov site & have put in my wac-XXXXXXXXXXX but that only shows the current sataus (which is listed in my sig that I have entered in manually) But what I am seeing in other's sigs is way far more information that I could find on about our case. Would someone be so kind as to help direct this lost soul? Thanks JT

Here is yet anothe suggestion to this letter to obtain signitures: What about having someone from here that can read & write Chinese, & take a copy of this letter over to our sister site (The Chinese Ver ) & see if we can gain a few more supporters. I would think that if we attacked from both sides of the fence, it is bound to cause a few to tak notice, not to mention it would make it that much harder to ignore. So what do you think, Ya'all?

My Singned Letter to you Trigg, (Sent this morning) I can not believe, that only 20 others have sent theirs in? What is the matter with everyone? Come On People!!!! This is not a time to get lazy or to sit back & think that "Oh, someone else will do yours" or their will be pleanty of others, so mine won't matter. If this is your way of thinking, then maybe you are just not a committed to your SO as you want others to believe, or you are one of those people that want to bitch & complain but too afraid to get a little salad dressing on you candy ass skirt. If so, then in my oppinion, you get what you desreve. But while you are savoring the flavor, just think about this for a moment: Civil Rights were not just handed to those simple few that were crying about it. It took not only Petitions with hundreds of names attached to it, the fear of not getting re-elected, demonstrations on the white house lawn, & a shit load of phone calls to their Congessman's offices. So my suggestion to those of you that have not sent yours in, GET OFF YOUR DUFF AND DO AT LEST ONE THING RIGHT!! SPEAK OUT!! LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!! & LETS BRING OUR SOs HOME!!!

I'm all for it. As far as I am concerned, We have been cut, stabed & steped on way to long and it is about time those of us to stand up, yell, & demand better treatment. In my oppinion, I do not see why we can not do what most other orginizations do when they feel they have been done wrong. PROTEST!! Go Before the Media, have a rally outside the White House, Send Signed letters of petitions to each & every Senator and Govonor of each state & tell them that if they can not get this thing fixed, then hate their luck, they just lost X amount of votes for re-election. I have to agree that the US Embassy or Consulet is US Soil, and if you are working on our soil, you better be adhearing to our way of life and preforming to our expectations, just as if you were here on the main land. If you don't, won't or can't, then it is time for your ass to be removed & a replacement be presented. So definately, send me the letter, We will sign it, with Honor & Pride. & If they still refuse and should we get the Blue slip, guess what? Screw you Uncle Sam. I'll take everything I have, I own, and all of my accounts to another country that will accept me with the graciousness and pride as any country could. From waht I am seeing, most of these places are requiring a 4 year degree in english of some kind. I have only a 2 year degree and that in in Computer engineering Technology. The english that I took as a minor was just to that I could meet the requisits ofr my major. I have how ever since then, have helped out at a local YMCA to help tutor under privledge kids get better grades in english. Not to mention the ususal Nieces & Nephews, LOL. So, seeing this, I am just not too sure as to where to go or what to do with this, In either case, I have just got to find a job for while I am over there. Or me going over there will be a huge vacation that I can not afford.

I am hoping someone can help shed some light on this subject for me. I am getting ready to go over there to be with my lady. Since my field of work is on an extream slow period, I am wanting to go over there and stay with her for several months. But the issue at had is Employment. It seems as though if I take a job as a waiter, butler, or even trash pick up, I would some how cause her family to lose face. But the man that I am, I can not just sit back and do nothing over there. As it is, she barely makes ends meet, and to have me there for such a long time, would put a damper in her finacial situation, not to mention mine. I have got to do something. I don't care what. Anything as long as I am being able to help provide an income for our family. She said that I could possibly teach english, since it was my minor while I was obtaining my computer Engineering degree. And since I have donates many hours to various small communities here in the USA doing private tutoring kids ages 7 - 15 in their english, that maybe I could do that there. But the issue is, I do not have a degree in english. Much less a lisence to teach it. So, My question is to you all, what, where or how do I obtain a respectable form of employment over there, yet still be able to maintain my own face, pride or dignity, as I will surely feel like a bum if I can not at leat help in some way. This is soo True. I have sat back and have watched out Country basicly turn their back on their people over the years. So this should not bring such a shock to us. The US Gove would rather go out to help any other nation than it's Own. We will feed other nantions Hungary, clothe them, help them build new homes, new businesses, you name it. As for our own people here, the attitude our Gov, has is ; Hate your Luck. Which in my book is BS. Oh yes, we have our freedoms, (Yeah Right) We have only been BS to think that we do. We are always being lied to about what's really going on both here and abroad. But who is it that is really letting this all happen? WE ARE!! The American People themselves. If, for example, if we would be stron enough to stand up and tell them, WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANY LONGER!! begin refusing to accept our various leaders to take expensive trips and call it something else, refuse to pay these so called needed taxes,. BAsicly insist on taking our country back, the USA just might have a fighting chance. But as long as we are willing to be bullied into going along with what ÜNCLE SAM"says that we want or need, then it is only bound to get worse. And yes, if things keep going the way they are going here, I will pack up everything (ship it little at a time) and move my butt anywhere but the USA. For to me, My sweetie and Our Happiness is the ultimate priority, Not some burocratic Gov. or their way of life

I guess what I meant was that I am thinking of going over there to await her K1 and then her & I will come back here to the states to get married. Basicly because now, it seems that we are already moving on the visa process, it would be crazy to do anything to have to restart another venture. I spoke to her last night and had asked her just what was her true desires for us and she replied by syaing that she knows just how much I'd love to spend the rest of our lives being close to her family, but she also wants to be able to have a chance to experiance the culture to which I was raised. Having said that, she thinks that in order for both of us to live out at least one of our dreams, she said that possibly after being here in the usa for about 5 to 10 years, we could then take what ever funds we have saved at that time & return to Nanning to live out our lives. So, since the work here is very slow, we feel that i could just go over there, find some kind of work to help tie us over while we await for her interview & approval to come to the USA.

I'd be happy to know what all I will need to take with me for this stay. I am hoping that everyone in my family will be permitted to file the financial support docs (I-130 I think) as I am quite sure that there is at least one of them that will be able to meet the minimal requirements. I know on this years taxes I will have over 20 grand of income for the taxes so I do not fore see that being a prob. But yeah, Any info would be great Thanks

I think what I will do (if I can find a way to get away with it ) is just go ahead & go over there and just stay with her until she gets her visa. (Which is still several months out) The more we talk about it, the more crazier it makes us adding to the frustration and everything. Who would have thought that being apart for so long would drive a couple to insanity. We now just have to figure out just what all needs to be taken with me. What all needs to be done. Not to mention on just how it all has to be done.

Hi All I am once again, planning on going to Nanning in the next couple of months. This time, instead of satying just a coup;e of weeks, my plans are to stay there With Liqiu until either one of 2 things happen. 1: They grant her Visa. 2: They Toss me out. Even though we are just recieving our Approval notice (We at the beginning of our process) we just can no longer deal witht the fact that we are so far apart. It's just driving us totally insane. Anyway, I read here about how it my help to check in with the consulet once arriving there. What I would like to know is: Where are they Located there in Guanzhou, What is their web address or email address. Also, since I do not have a business or work over there, and I can only get a tourist visa (a 3 monther) how & where would I need to go to try & get my visa extended until the time we can come to the usa together. Cool. One more question. Since my work here has all but washed away, I figured that I could go there & just be with her, & then when we come back, just try to find another job, maybe in a diferent field or just go into the factory. But I am not to sure as to how this might effect her approval as I am thinking there is something on the P3 that they ask for your current employer. I am sure I can get my family to help sponcor me. But my mom seems to think that I should get up with a church, become a member, & then ask them to sponsor her with the agreement that she will join their churh when she arrives. Any input on that Idea?

Can I not just use the Original copy that I got from the Judge from my court house after the divorce? it has a noery seal on it & the states emblem on the top of it? I don't know. if anyone here is from NC, it would be a grat help as to know just what when & how. ' Thanks

Ok, that makes sence. Would you forsee any problems if I just go over there & stay with her untill she gets her visa to come here? I plan on trying to get my divorce papers noterized or what ever that is that someone said I would need to do from my Secretary of States office (Still very unclear about all of that). But I want to try and have all of my ducks in a row before leaving so as to not have to make another trip. Any suggestions?

Hi all, I have a few questions & I truely hope that I can get some very direct answers as well as a play by play in detail as to how we will need to do this. A friend of mine does some kind of work for an imigration Lawyer. When I told her that my fieance who is from China, that we are working on doing our K1 visa, she said to me that there was a far better way and faster way for us to be together here in the USA. She said it had something to do with the Family reunitings Act that was just put into action since 911. What she said was that when I returned to china with my fieance' what we need to do was to go ahead & get married. Then in about 2 or 3 days, go to Guanzhou to the US Counselet office & tell them that we are married & we are wanting to return to my home here in the USA. We will have to file the following forms: G-28 G-325A I-130 I-485A PACK I-693 I-864 PACK She said that this process should or would only take about 2 maybe 3 months to the longest. Does Anyone know anything about this? & is this True? If so, Would you please give me a play by play or step by step on how & what all I will need to do. She says that this process will cost about $400.00 Any help would be greatly appriecated Thanks Jim

I just spoke to her again today and dhe says to me now that it is her internet company. She says that when she calls them, they tell her that the are aware of the problem and there is nothing that they can do to turn the power to the internt back on. This is really strange. It sounds like to me that this internet company that she has is one of those 2 man opperations & they are not paying thier bills or something, so its their customers that suffer

That is what I was thinking, but I am just not too sure as to what to believe. I know that she lives in the Xinzhu zone of Nanning. If someone from there can please help me to find a way to verify this, it would help me to understand the situation. Hi Every one. I can'thelp but ask those of you here that are either from Nanning, or are living there, But is there some kind of power shortage there? For the past 2 weeks, my Fieance has been telling me that her reasons for not being able to get online is due to some kind of power shortage. She has been telling me that many of the people as well as businesses are having to go without power of have to now rely on electric generators for several hours a day. She says that here lately, the power is turned off from like 8am - 11pm or 10pm - 9am every day. To me, this sounds kind of crazy as there is just so much of various businesses and medical facilities that require electricity to be forced to be with out it. Not to mention that since she lives so close (within just a few city blocks) to sevral Government facilities, she would be on the same power grid as they are. What is also strange is that there has been times when she says that she has power for her home, but says that the worker there says there is no power for the internet, but there is power for the telephones and cell phones. Now, with me being a telecom engineer, I know that the two power sources for the standard home & for the telephone are two different voltages and require differefnt sources. Please, can someone tell me if I am going crazy, or am I actually getting the brush off from her just her wanting more time for herself to be able to do more things on her own & not be tied to the internet chatting. Why England? Is it easier for her to go to England? How does all of that work as far as paperwork? What kind of time frame? Does she have to move there first?

I have read a few places about Americans going to Hong Kong to marry their spouces, & by doing so, is it far much easier to bring them to the USA to live? If so, What all must we do or expect to have to do? Thanks
