I have talked to this lady many times. I truly belive she has no heart... I think that is crock about 120 days. I think they really don't have a clue on any time. They are comming back out of order it is mind boggling:(

Well I call DOS just now. Got Greg, Interview was Aug. 14th. Name re-sub Jan. 14th. GZ time Not cleared I asked about the 2 weeks time frame. He said well....that is what we are estimating. The system is now "hands off" but we have had some small problems. Check back in a couple of weeks.

I am also getting the same thing. I have ran out of words to tell her and she her bill has gone up on Klenex.

I have been thinking about what DOS is telling us (I know I should not think). Some people had the name re-submited in Nov and Dec and they have not heard anything yet. 2+2=3??? Like I said just thinking... and now my brain hurts again

Hi Dan, Yes I posted it here and on another. It was sent to me. I sent an e-mail asking if I should have Ying's name re-submited and that is what he sent to me this morning. That is all he sent me. Yes, I will still call DOS next week to see if mine was re-submited. How lucky I am last of 17!!

We are sending all the namechecks again, whether people ask us to or not. I think we will finish today. Your fiancée was one of seventeen we hadn't sent as of this morning.

No, I wish. I am saying GZ worked so hard this weekend. Let's hope some of us hear a knock at the door with the letter that says come and get your visa. I am guessing they will start today (China time)?????

Just FYI, I went to the Shanghai Consult and asked this very same question. After he stoped laughing he said "You have no chance what so ever" By filing the K visa you have allready shown "intent to immigrate". That is what I was told.....

Hi Myles, haha the little blue things... The reason I asked was because: I was in Shanghai this Oct. I went to the Consulte so I could find out any info. on this problem we are all having. Well I met a guy from Hawaii there, I talked to him brefly about the problem He was also trying to get some info on a K-3 I think...so I was just thinking it may be you that I talked to??

I keep hearing "nothing has changed" So what I am guessing is they were not doing what the laws said before Aug1st????
