Hi all,

I sent and received the following emails between myself and Harty,

 

Dear Maura Harty,

 

I would be very thankful if both CA and the Consulate in Guangzhou would

look into our case and find the reason we have no visa.

It is now past 5 months. There is no reason for us to be treated

in this inhumanly manner any longer.

Thank you for your message. We will look into it and you will get a response shortly. SIicerely, Maura Harty

It is now 35 hours later----my question is "How long is shortly?"

My ling wants me to write again now!! What are your thoughts?

They didn't even have time to look at your case. When did you sent your email to M. Harty? The reply is so short.

I bet what they actually did was to spent money on an automated system to reply such email using form letters...creating intelligent, networked, and smart database system to reply all kinds of inquiry emails

 

Of course before they clear the backlog

my last experience with harty was not so good. i asked her to look into my case and got a reply saying i iwll look into. the funny thing is that i forgot to give her my case number.
