Carl
Does the letter your employer signs need to be notarized? Where and how would you get it notarized if he signs it at your workplace and there is no notary? Link to comment

Guest Gene
Mine wasn't notorized either, it was accepted and it was the only thing asked for at the interveiw Link to comment
NY-Viking
Unless the notary knows your boss, he/she won't notarize it unless the boss is present (or he/she shouldn't do so anyway). But only the I-134 itself needs to be notarized. If you can ge the employment letter notarized too, it certainly wouldn't hurt, but it's not necessary. Link to comment
C4Racer
No, The employment letter does not need to be notarized. Just make sure it is on company letterhead and signed by an officer of the company. Mine was signed by the payroll accountant. Link to comment
