Health Insurance for 90 days

My SO and daughter will be coming from China and I wanted to know what I can do as far as health insurance from them until they are under my policy. Blue cross requires them to have a social security card. How fast can I get this. How do I get work authorization for her?

Mainly what do I do with insurance?

after 14 days go for the SSN and apply. We just applied for ours last week under her maiden name then do a name change after we are married next week.
