It seems like its taking forever for the p3 to arrive........see my time line

p3 is the package that you received from NVC (DS 230I, I864...etc). when they finish processing your case and forward it to GZ, your So will then receive p4 with appt time.

Thomas it is sad to say you will probably get the next blue thingy before the P-3. Just wish it wasn't so.

It has nothing to do with CSC, our case are now in NVC now.

I will get the p3 before our one year wedding anniversary but not the visa.

 

I wish I could believe the system was working better, if so the trade towers would still be standing and my wife would get a visa much sooner than she will.

 

Read somewhere on the INS websites that the increase in the visa fee was for national security reasons.

 

Not one terrorist was from China or married a USc to gain access to the states.
