how to check the status of every movement of the case?

i see "per DOS" and "email from GZ" how do i get this DOS info and emails from GZ?

Hello Mike,

 

You can call DOS and talk to a person by dailing:

202-663-1225

You will get an automated voice menu, hit (1), then you will hear the automated voice say this is the last message you need to listen to. Wait a minute then press (0). It should say all service reps are busy, and tell you the wait is_____ minutes.

 

I usually had to wait around 20 to 40 minutes to get to talk to someone. Be sure you have your SO name and birthday, and case number if you have gotten it. If you need the case number tell the person and they can give it to you.

 

You mayalso want to call first thing in the morning, as the wait is not as long. There are times when the line is crowded and it will tell you to call back, so just keep trying.
