skibum
My wife is always completely and genuinely happy. It seemed like she was the same in China but we had an interesting discussion about it. She said she is much happier here as there is so much less stress and in China she was happy because we were together. I pointed out that when she worked in China she went in 3 days a week and usually slept or knitted while she was waiting for a phone call to jump into action. She said that the stress had nothing to do with work but rather the pressure from other Chinese to conform. As she is a non conformist, I could see her point. She said that in China, every time she did something different people would criticize her. Here she says, she can do anything she wants and not be criticized. She feels very free. She had one cold and no allergies this year. A big change from Nanjing but I think the most supprising thing is that when we were in China I noticed that her gums were very black. I just thought this was a racial thing. About 3 months after she was here, she came to me and said "Look". Her gums were a very pretty pink! The polution is getting out of her system. In China when she walked, she would walk stooped. Now she is as straight as an arrow. How about anyone else. Have you seen these kind of changes? Link to comment

I too consider myself among the luckiest men in the world to have found Bing and made her my wife. I delight in seeing my world through her eyes. Link to comment
