About cheaper air ticket, you might like to Check out this number: 020-81215332, it is from 001.com, I got a booking depature from Guangzhou Airport to Tempa(VIA Los Angel) costs only 4980+300(tax) yuan rmb which is equivalent to $660 Dollars..The airline is Delta Airline. I am not sure if this is the cheapest, but from what I know, the other offered info. for the same destination costs $1000 USD. So if you can let Nichola check it out, perhaps you can got a surprise price. Congrats again, SeaSame

From what I know, that the yearly income 125% up of the poverty line is what K1 Visa requested. If the petitioner's income is just a few hundred above 125% of the poverty line, would the VO consider OK enough? Or do they expect the petitioner should be really much much richer than the standard 125% of poverty line? I would love to hear your kind suggestion or opinion about this. CD..I understand what Materialism is. But thanks. What I do not think wrong is to improve your life through working harder. And having a better life by the endeavor of both parts in the marriage, it is better than always remain unchanged for your lifetime. People were either evolving(growing) spiritually or improving the living condition, for we were naturally bestowed such a desire to change, to create, to discover new things in life. The only unchanged thing should be the Same Love to your Other Significant counterpart which is your Husband/Wife. Well, that is what I perceive things, we are all made unique as no snowflakes falling the same, American or Chinese, individual makes difference.

What's wrong with materialism? Admiring those who have money has nothing wrong, but depends whether you spend it in deserving places. For instance, can you simply tell a destitute one "Go with happiness, I love you!" Would your words make him happier when he is still suffered of hunger and homeless? I might sound preachy here, but Money could be a good tool to help some people happier, if you could merely buy him a bread for breakfast when someone is in hunger, shelter them under your roof in a rainy night, greet them those who were humiliated when you have many belongings while they have none at all. Most Americans are anti immigration. Even most American are anti immigration as German Nazification, the most American has no right to deprive the other American's right of reunion with their Family members. There is no such a Right to give a certain group of people power to overrule on the other people's family reunion. If they play it as a political game, they will receive the result of the game on themselves one day. Fortunately, there are more than average number of people who are still consciously kind and righteous, whom 85% percent of the Americans claim themselves to be Christian, they are not unkind at all to any legitimate immigrants. Sadly, some people on "power" do not realize this Gold Rule of "Treat others as you wish to be treated". Power is not given by itself, it is given by the American people. "Power" can't misuse the authority itself, if Power doesn't reflect what Justice is, the American people can turn the Power over to the others who are capable to do Justice. Emotionally torture the others by forcing others separated from their loved one, their family, it is cruel, unkind, inhumane, and unjustic, they can't cover such crime under the cloth of POWER! The husband or wife/fiancee of an american citizen, is part of their life, and they have very right to know why such inefficiency behind this slow process. Their human right is to request for their government to practice Sunshine Law, which is against any Black Hole practice of straining one's authority in the government or in office. Protesting in China soil does nothing No-Good to enhance a government hurrying into better efficiency in their work since every worker of a government should either pledge the allegiance to the country or withdraw from their position, and the country is People, not an object of building, not merely land of territory. And any practice of a government should reflect the Will of People, not the Power of the government. The only No-Good is this protesting action will humiliate US Government and Humiliate the Image of a democratic nation under the international society. For this of cause would catch the attention of the whole world. To bear in mind, that everything has its good sides or vice versa, people would not endure with patient forever, the exposing abuse Vedio tapes is good example to remind as such Secretive Practice, that to test the patience of your people, it is not a good attempt. There will be an inevitable one day, the Black Holes would be exposed to the public, and this system will be on trial if there is still righteousness in the world. At that time, the humiliation is be bigger, deeper than the protest in China Soil now.

Jim, you perceive this one year emotional torture merely as a "lonely heart" issue? No wonder those bureaucrats do not considered these cases as a serious problem that they brought to their people.....~! It is violating human right, be it big or small things. Be it Physical or Emotional. But you are right, of cause protesting of inefficiency is better than protesting violating human right. However, people should know the essence behind such inefficiency. And since no one would take real action into protesting, so I would not waste my time here for empty talk. by the way, a protest of cause should be peaceful one. I am not posting this because of any resentment to any office, but rather tried to clear out the mystery of the situation, and prefer the others who are after us would not suffer for the same painful process over a year or two. Fighting the terrorists is the essential task of the government, and I completely agree with that, but that is not an excuse for deprive all from liberty by emotionally tortured the US citizens and their family members. They should not be treated this way. And as an honest person, we should speak out what we truly think, not begging for mercy, but asking for righteousness. Seasame.
