10 year green card renew...

my wife 10 years green card will expire in Feb. 2023.  What is the earliest that we can start to file for renewal? what is the name of the application?  also what is the current fee?  thanks in advance.

All you do is Replace the card

• Read the instructions for Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card;

I'm confused by the fee for the I-90.  My wife turn 39 in 2023.  So how much does she needs to pay?   It said the fees for I-90 below:

Look on the I-90 page, under "Filing Fee",
