Same thing here - my wife had a sore arm for a day and now shes back to normal. 2nd shot is three weeks from now. I've got my first shot next Monday. We staggered our shots a week apart in case one of us has a bad reaction.

Received my second shot yesterday. I do have a sore shoulder, but it hurts much less than after the first one. My wife and I went for our usual three mile walk at 4 a.m. this morning and I will be going for a run in just a little while. Doesn't seem like there will be any fatigue or other effects at this point.

I had my second shot of Pfizer on Thursday evening. Woke up a bit sore at 4am Friday, fell back asleep. Friday was pretty rough - my body ached, I had a moderate headache, and minor chills. Woke up Saturday 98% recovered. Should hopefully be good to start running again tomorrow (Sunday).

When I got the first shot I had a little shore arm for one day.   When I took the second shot I was sick for 3 days.   The wife had a much harder time.   The second shot she was sick for a week.
