mikem Posted March 8, 2004 Report Share Posted March 8, 2004 Arter 11 months and 2 days the light at the end of the tunnel is here.Jing called me at 8PM CST 10AM Monday China time and the first words were "I GOT IT"She got window 8 and said it was an older man who was very nice and smiled a lot.He asked the following 4 questions. 1) Do you speak EnglishHer reply Yes but somtines not to good.She said he laughed at this.2)When did you first meet your fiance'Her reply January 20023)How did you meet your fiance'Her reply we were introduced by friends while he was here on a business trip.4)How many times has he been to Chinaher reply 4 times since January 2002 and was here just this past Christmas and spent Christmas in the family home.She showed him pictures of us and the family and even a baby picture of me. She said he laughed and told her to come back tomorrow Tuesday at 4PM to pick up the Visa..Please note he did not ask for any pictures or even any of our documents/papers taxes nothing..Looks like it all went through in about 5 minutes..Am I happy goes without saying but I think I am more releived than any thing else,,I just exhailed.. Window 7 was the bad window she said she saw some ladies leaving from that window not happy Mike Link to comment

Will be saying good bye to friends and relatives..travel date is 3/20 arrive LAX 10:00hrs 3/20..I will keep you posted on the Visa pick-up as soon as I know.Mike Link to comment
