dnoblett
I would also attach copy of marriage cert + Translation to both petitions. Spouse petition should also have evidence of relationship, (some Photos together, one or two of you with extended family, copy of child's birth cert attached to spouse petition) One member recently went through whole process, he tended to ask questions for each and every detail and step. http://candleforlove.com/forums/topic/44430-living-in-china-and-confused/ ( A useful reference. ) Link to comment

billyc
It probably a dumb question: I will need just one G-1145 for the set forms of my wife and another G-1145 for the set of forms of my baby, right? Link to comment
dnoblett
Since there are two petitions I would attach one to each. Link to comment
billyc
As always, thank you DAN. I would think I need two sperate check for $420 each (not one $840) to go with each filing? Link to comment

billyc
I found in the post you referred to for the details of the I-130 preparation. He listed one thing: "Evolution Of Relationship". Do I need to write the details about my marriage with my wife and if so, is there any sample that you would recommend? Link to comment
dnoblett
There are a few topics on the EOR http://candleforlove.com/forums/tags/forums/EOR/ Link to comment
billyc
Thanks Dan! That is really helpful. I didn't know a lot of the abbreviations in this Forum. Learned a lot in here. You guys have been such great help! Do I attached the same EOR for my wife's I-130 and my daughter's I-130? Link to comment
dnoblett
EOR just to wife's petition. EOR will detail how you met, and how relationship evolved and details your trips to China. Having a child pretty much sets the deal, USCIS and the consulate tend to want to reunite a family, it would be very rare for them to deny a petition and visas in this situation. Link to comment
billyc
Thanks Dan, that brings me some comfort since I am suffering everyday missing my baby and wife. I will work on the EOR and try to get the petition package as perfect as possible. Have a nice evening Link to comment

Anything missing? Beneficiary birth cert not needed in the petition, it will later be needed to be sent to NVC after USCIS approves the petition as part of the foreign document process. If Bank account is a joint account, then yes a statement attached to petition shows co-mingeling of funds as a married couple, if the account is just in the name of petitioner, that may later be used for affidavit of support.
