I find this specific question odd: What is his brother's name?What is his brother's job? Unless you disclosed it by your relationship evidence, there is nothing on the official documentation that would give the answer's to these questions. Your wife could make it up and as long as she answered confidently the VO would have no way of knowing. My wife knows my brother's name but I am sure she could not tell you what he does.
