How about them Bills?

We're still the Number one NY team... the rent is just cheaper across the river. It was a great game today... 3 lead changes. Glad we got the win. Hopefully we can start to get some guys back after the bye week. Our season starts to really get tough then. I was hoping you guys didn't blow us out. You guys were 0-5 this time last year... big change this year.

Yep, tied at half time, but just did not quite have enough to get it done in the second half.

Finally checked into this thread, since dyed in the wool Cowboy basically since birth, but it is what it is....and the Cowboys home record is embarrassing in such an expensive house that Jerry built, so feel sorry for you Bill fans. I will never forget watching the Bills playing the then Houston Oilers and were getting whipped and I was hoping the Bills would score to keep it interesting being a playoff game. I think the Oilers scored 3 pts and lost miserably....sometimes tough to be a Texan football fan....miss the Boys of Ole...

All the NY teams stunk up the place in the last few days. The Giants played horribly last night.

Last weekend was a bummer, had it tied up at the beginning of the 4th quarter, and managed to get ahead by a field goal, but the Jets came back with a Touchdown.

Well that was the highpoint of the season, they left their winning ways in Toronto..

Loss all but ends Bills' playoff hopes

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. - Somewhere on the faded emerald carpet that passes for pro football turf at the Rogers Centre, the Buffalo Bills left their winning ways behind.

When the Bills confidently strutted off the field in after shellacking the Washington Redskins 23-0 back on Oct. 30 in the annual ¡°Bills in Toronto¡± tilt, they were 5-2 and in first place in the AFC East.

For a franchise and a city that had not been in the playoffs since 1999, it felt like the Bills were on the top of the world.

Cue the collapse.

Did the Bills suddenly forget their keys to victory when the team bus roared down the QEW after the Toronto game and crossed over the border?

Whatever the reason, the 35 days that have ensued since that win in Canada have been a complete horror show, one that has seen the Bills¡¯ playoff hopes disappear faster than a barrel plummeting over Niagara Falls.

Since pounding the Redskins, the Bills have lost five consecutive times and have been outscored by a ridiculous 90 points.

Are they mathematically eliminated after their most recent setback, a 23-17 loss to the visiting Tennessee Titans on Sunday? Not officially. But if the Fat Lady is not singing yet, she¡¯s certainly warming up her vocal chords.

Believe me when I say: When you lose to the Titans, you are big, big trouble!!! In addition to having what are by far the worst uniforms in the NFL (well, maybe not as bad as the Bengals), the Titans suck. In addition to sucking, they also stink. Down here in Tennerbama we are, for the most part, more likely to be Falcon fans. Me, I have been a Packer fanatic since elementary school.

I used to be a huge Cowboys fan back in the days of Tom Landry. I've pretty much lost interest in pro football. Free agency has ruined it for me. Your favorite players are as likely as not to be playing for someone else next year. You end up rooting for laundry. IMO the last real class act in pro football was John Elway. He started and ended his career with the Denver Broncos and went out with a super bowl ring instead of making an embarrassment of himself by trying to keep playing as a has been.

I heard the Cowboy game over the radio and it reeked with bad coaching in prepartion of the game and no mental focus by the team. Making the FG attempt at that time said that the Head Coach had no faith in his offense and then unintentionally 'icing' your own kicker  really added to the tragic outcome.

With that loss to San Diego Sunday, the Bills lost any chance of the playoffs.

SAN DIEGO ¡ª The Buffalo Bills were a good team at the start of the season, racing to a 5-2 record behind quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Now they're eliminated from the playoff race after their sixth straight loss, 37-10 to the San Diego Chargers on Sunday.

Buffalo (5-8) won't make the playoffs for the 12th straight year.

The Bills, like the Chargers, started the season 4-1. They were 5-2 after a 23-0 victory against Washington on Oct. 30 and haven't won since.
