warpedbored
That's a good thing because my second favorite NFL team is anyone playing the Patriots. Link to comment
Mick
What a great comeback! Down by what, 21 points? Intercepted Brady four times! Like Carl, I like anybody playing the Patriots, except the Cowboys of course. Ain't too fond of the Cowboys, but hey, everybody needs a team to despise. Lions had a big comeback win today also and won with a field goal on the last play of the game. And that Houston/New Orleans game was a real shootout. Drew Brees is incredible in the clutch... When I watched that game, I had left NY the year before and I was living in Tulsa Okla at the time. It made me feel good that my team won. A source of gamesmanship for man conversation for many years, even yesterday. After reading that stories of how that missed opportunity changed his life and career, kind of makes you think of how important sports are in our society, world for that matter. I'm glad he landed on his feet. When all else fails, your loved ones are there for you in most cases. I'll never forget the name, but now I won't forget how something like that can change your life even though everything went well before that incident. Janet Jackson had a song, "what have you done for me lately?" Link to comment
dnoblett
A funny one on the Onion. Need to add that SWEET win last weekend! Buffalo Bills Don't Know What The Hell To Do With 2 Wins September 23, 2011 http://o.onionstatic.com/images/articles/article/26/26141/NIB_Buffalo_Bills_R_jpg_600x345_crop-smart_upscale_q85.jpg BUFFALO, NY¡ªFollowing their thrilling 38-35 week-two victory over the Oakland Raiders Sunday, the Buffalo Bills expressed confusion over what the hell they were supposed to do with their two wins now that they have them. "I hope we get to keep these, because a lot of the guys really like these wins," said quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, helping teammates build a special shelf in the corner of the locker room where the team intends to keep the wins. "I bet you if we lose this week the league will try to take them away from us, but we're not going to let ¡¯em. We love these wins." As of press time, several players had asked head coach Chan Gailey whether the NFL had a rewards program in which wins could be cashed in for flight upgrades or similar prizes.http://www.onionsportsnetwork.com/articles/buffalo-bills-dont-know-what-the-hell-to-do-with-2,26141/ Link to comment
dnoblett
What??!! They let the Bengals beat them? The Bills were ahead at half time, and scored only 3 points in the second half?? I guess they chocked today. I guess they got mauled by a bunch of wild cats. They let the Bengals do to them what they did to New England last week. They better shape up, next week they face Philadelphia who is 1 and 3. Link to comment

Next week a NY state of mind, Buffalo which is the only NY State team against that other team from NJ the Giants, who did not do so well with Seattle. NewDay2006
We're still the Number one NY team... the rent is just cheaper across the river. It was a great game today... 3 lead changes. Glad we got the win. Hopefully we can start to get some guys back after the bye week. Our season starts to really get tough then. I was hoping you guys didn't blow us out. You guys were 0-5 this time last year... big change this year. Link to comment
