steveandrong
When it is time to submit the 751 for removal of conditions, will the government send us a notice or anything to tell us it is time to do this? or is this strictly up to us to monitor and make sure it is submitted when it is due? warpedbored
We never received anything. You must file within 90 days prior to the expiration of the green card. Once the green card expires if you haven't filed she will be out of status. Link to comment
dnoblett
I believe we received a letter, and one time when travelling a TSA officer pointed this out when looking at the green card. However do not expect a reminder, mark a calender. Link to comment
xiaofeizhu
We did receive a reminder about one month before the 90 day window, but like others have said, do not count on it. Link to comment
