NVC Out?

Received NOA 2 from USCIS for K-3. Called automated service at NVC for status update. Their reply: GUZ# assigned,beneficiary will receive letter in 4-6 weeks! I have not received any notification.Will the "letter" being sent to beneficiary be the Choice of Agent,or P-3?

I'm pretty sure the letter she is due to receive is not the P3. That will be a long way out for a K-3. I think it is her notification letter, and a Notification of Agent letter.
