I am surprised it was only one year ago, in Sep, that the Eco went down? Actually to me, I have sensed Eco went down since January 2008. But this chart did show Eco went down in Sep, 2008.

That chart is just tracking from one even that has been picked as the start of the meltdown.

 

I've seen the economy slowing for the last four years, so I could pick any point from data that is posted at work on port volume.
