Contacting DOS

I have been trying to contact DOS today and keep getting run around in all the choices and can not seem to get to a person. I am calling to try and find out exactly how my file was sent...and just because I am curious B) . Does anyone know the options I should choose to talk to a real person?

Thanks Dan...I figured it out. You were right though about the file. the hard copy was sent DHL. I guess I have about 3 or 4 more months to wait

The trackable version is a week or two but the untrackable version is at least 6 weeks to 4 month. Mine has been two month and still no luck.
