What is this 001 website?

I keep seeing people talk about a 001 website... a Chinese counter part to CFL can someoen enlighten me?

These 1st two links both resolve to the same site, maybe one is a re-direct? ...anyway, I always thought of these 2 sites below as the 'meat & potatoes' of 001, where the real action takes place, at least they're the ones my wife is always on. But the ones you posted are the 'parent site' of these anyway.

I don't remember why the second one came up - maybe the first was blocked in Chin? bu zhidao. But, yes they do go to the same site.
