I've been looking for the thread that has the list of questions that a VO may ask during the interview. Unfortunately I haven't been too lucky with my search.

Although I do recall seeing something more recent. The latest thing in there is 2007 and the list I remember was a great list of the top 25 questions asked during the interview. If someone knows where that is please direct me to it.

I would start here and go through the next few sections as well.. a little dated but most still apply. Add in the scrutiny about how the relationship came about (how you meet) and how it evolved (what you did since you meet).

ok....just let me say this.....it was rong who first found the 001 website... and through 001 she learned about the candle here and informed me of its existence....now not too many people have too many good things to say about 001....is an awful lot of BS that goes on there (my opinion) and it seems that no matter what you learn anywhere else, it is always superceded by anything the china women read at 001....has its good points, but i think in some ways the bad outweighs the good....as for the website address, i don't have it, but i am sure someone here can direct you or your gal there if you really want to check it out....the 100 list of questions was really not too bad for rong to brush up on prepping for interview...

My wife never heard of 001 during out first run for the pink with our K-1 application.

 

On our second go around she has become very interested in how this game works. I would answer her many questions, and then I broke down and sent her the address to 001 that I found in the FAQ's, thank you David.

 

From all I had read about it, I gotta say I fretted a bit over turning her on to it.

 

My wife reads it looking for CR-1 stuff. She always fills me in on new posts she sees and we discuss them. She has never hinted at me that my word wasn't any good compared to what the Chinese women say. As a matter of fact there isn't much that I disagree with. The women on there now give out lots of good solid advice. I'm really happy she got on there, I like her being closely involved in our process.

The 001 site serves a very useful and important role; what members add to it and how they use it varies. If your SO gets caught up in gossip, comparing payments made to each other, and spreads rumors about visa process issues which are not true.... is that the site problem or the member?

 

Back when I went through the process, I had no problem with my SO going to see 001. She decide it was 'not for her'... let them decide what works and maybe you also understand your SO better based on her use of it.
