malegolf Posted May 31, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 31, 2009 Not sure how to do a time line but here is some dates.. 1-130 sent to Chicago 2/10/2009I-797 4/9/2009Paid AOS fee 4/28/2009Paid IV fee 5/4/2009after paid these fees we sent in all required documents right away.5/20/2009 got letter asking for more info5/29/2009 goy appointment letter Hope this helps it went very fast we think and very easy.... They converted my number to GZO after I accepted that we would do electronic, from then on everything came from NVCGuangzhou@state.gov Hope this helps, sorry everything went so fast and so easy I didn't really know too much about this P1 P2 P3 stuff, my wife does from the 001 board. Shadowman Posted June 1, 2009 Report Share Posted June 1, 2009 WOW! Congrats! Consider yourself very fortunate. I am also CR-1. Sent my I-130 to Chicago on 04/28/2008! Almost a full year before you... and I am still waiting for my wife's P4/Interview date. My case was forwarded to GUZ on 05/19... Should I start calling GUZ? And... will they send a notification to me in the US when they send my wife's P4/Interview appointment to her in China? I'll be traveling to China twice in the next three months for work... it sure would be nice if GUZ can schedule her interview while I'm already there!! Wishful thinking, I know...
