She scanned me her Visa last night after she got home, it says it expires in December, can someone explain what I have to do now to get another one? Do I need to apply for a green card as soon as she gets here, what's my next step??? Thanks for everyones support, It's been GOOD.. Barry

I'm hoping she can get everything done with her apartment, she is going to rent it out, we never expected to get the visa this quick. We are hoping before July 25th, I have 4 tickets to the Brickyard that I have had since the first one, I'm not renewing them after this year. My two daughters are going with me they have never been to a race with me so this is there last chance also, I would be a proud man taking my wife and both daughters to the last Brickyard I'm going to....

She was asked how we met, does you husband have children, how many, how many times I visited her. She showed him the letter I wrote first, then our pictures and our chats. She said it lasted maybe 3 of 4 minutes, AMAZING. We did it in 4 months.... I'm the happiest man on earth.... Barry

Here's my timeline I don't know all this lingo I just did what they asked when I got the notices. They converted my number to GZO after I accepted that we would do electronic, from then on everything came from NVCGuangzhou@state.gov Hope this helps, sorry everything went so fast and so easy I didn't really know too much about this P1 P2 P3 stuff, my wife does from the 001 board. Not sure how to do a time line but here is some dates.. 1-130 sent to Chicago 2/10/2009 I-797 4/9/2009 Paid AOS fee 4/28/2009 Paid IV fee 5/4/2009 after paid these fees we sent in all required documents right away. 5/20/2009 got letter asking for more info 5/29/2009 goy appointment letter Hope this helps it went very fast we think and very easy.... Do I need to paste a bar code on each piecebof paper or is the cover sheet enough. Also will they tell me when to send D230 or should I send it with I864? Thanks

Do I need certified copies of my divorce decrees or just my wife's?? Also is there an area on the NVC website that tells me all the documents I need to submit with the D230?? Thanks
