Ron & Jing Congrats!Approximately how long did it take to process in NVC after you submitted both the AOS and her documents? Thanks,I had all the forms and supporting documents ready prior to the NVC recieving the case from the CSC. This is the time line:NVC in 3/09/2009NVC 3032 email received 3/16/2009NVC received 3032 3/18/2009AOS bill generated 3/18/2009AOS bill paid online 3/18/2009AOS bill showed paid at online site 3/19/2009IV Fee bill showed available to pay and paid 3/20/2009IV Fee bill showed paid at online site 3/23/2009I-864 & documents sent to NVC 3/20/09I-864 & documents recieved at NVC 3/23/09DS 230 & documents sent to NVC 3/23/09DS 230 & documents recieved at NVC 3/24/09 WOW I think am finished in a record setting pace!!!!Wrong!!! AVR says they have reviewed my case and found documents missing or incomplete!!! This is BS, I double, and tripledchecked everything!!! I paid the IV Fee bill online when it showed available to be paid and before the IV Fee bill was sent!! This cost me 10 days and alot of misery to resolve. Their system has an error seeing prepayment of this bill and after numerous calls, finally a manager at the NVC named Lisa helped to resolve this. So much for a new speed record through the NVC! I wish you the best in your efforts,Sincerely,Ron & Jing Edited April 29, 2009 by kodokanron (see edit history) Link to comment

Mike & Yan,I have tracked the packet and it is still in customs. It usually takes 6 weeks to 12 weeks for the packageto be delivered to the consulate, alot of warehouse time.As for the other member having an NVC out date of early Mayand an interivew date in June, I find this very hard to believe.3 to 5 months is the norm. Good luck, and think pink!! Ron & Jing Link to comment
Sebastian
Hey Ron - ya - the 'fast time' is now due to the 'electronic processing at NVC', started mid april of this year. Near as I can tell, there is NO PHYSICAL CASE FILE sent off from NVC to GUZ via DHL. Link to comment

Near as I can tell, there is NO PHYSICAL CASE FILE sent off from NVC to GUZ via DHL.We have been waiting for nearly one year since my husband filed CR1+CR2 in July, 2008. So far no interview date let alone P4. I would like to guess with this "electronic processing at NVC", future more people will choose CR1 instead of K1 because of its speedy processing. On 001, some people showed their processing time was 6 months after P1. I feel very frustrated through comparing with their timeline.
