i was browsing the guz website looking at the p3 and p4 forms and noticed that the dreaded giv-24 is no longer listed in the forms section, nor is it listed as required to be turned it at the interview. does anyone have any info about this? here is the link.

It was required in December 08. I think you should email the consulate and ask them.

The GIV-24 is probably the most asked about form in terms of filling it out. So members are stil filling it out.

 

But, it would be great if someone went to ACH or asked at the interview if it's still needed... (or if you get a reply in email)... let us know.

If the GIV-24 is still used for CR-1/IR-1, does it come with the interview appointment Letter? It won't be a problem for us, we already have one from the K-3, we just want to be prepared. Thanks Mike & Yizhen

this form was apparently removed from the guz forms list within the last 7 days. the instructions are also updated to reflect the fact that the p4 papers are now turned into the consuate instead of the medical facility. the new instructions also dont mention the giv 24 as a reguired form to turn in at the interview.
