Hi WenDylan,

 

I would like to update our timeline.....

The packet 4 was sent out on 10-11-08.

So for what ever reason, I guess Guangzhou has

packets that EMS picks up on weekends.

I will let you know when the interview is when I find

out, either by Ling or when I call DOS on monday.

 

Of interest: I miss spelled one of the Boy's names (First name)

and so when I was over in China in September , I corrected

the boy's name on the Letter that came with the packet 3.

Well, Ling wrote me a couple of days ago and said a woman

from the US Embassy called her and wanted Ling to send to

the US Embassy the boy's Birth Certificate (Notarized),

of course she had this and sent it. They received it since I

tracked it, and now about 3 days later, the packet 4 was

sent out. Of course..unless this is a big joke and they are just

sending the Birth Certificate back
