I have this barely controlled anger, leadership style I can invoke when necessary. No screaming and yelling but no taking b.s. either. Now, they took down Owen's pic off the consulate's lunchroom dartboard and put Tom's up !WAY TO GO !! That's why all those mysterious sudden sharp pains have stopped! Link to comment

I have visited the consulate at GZ and I had a hell of a fight with them last year, but it was good you were there. I find they will often back down from an angry American and pound on the Chinese. I think it is so important for us to be there for the interview. It can mean failure or sucess. Some may feel that all they need is the correct paper work, but that's not true all the time.
