Hey all we have our NOA2 and its approved . I want to travel back to China so we can have a little more proof of our relationship. We have 1 little problem! Do to the fact that the summer Olympics are being held in Beijing round trip flights are out of my budget . I can get a flight to Hong Kong for half the price. How would I get from Hong Kong into Shenzhen where my fiancee lives?

they have vans that go to the border for about $150 HK or about $20

Only takes about 45 minutes. really quick

You can find the van services at the exit of HK airport.

Don't use the bus service, van is faster.

Other than what was mentioned above, you can also take the train, but I assume like above said, van should be the fastest and easiest.

The van ride to Guangzhou is a piece o' cake. The only thing tricky is finding the correct bus after going through customs.

 

Find a few recognizable people and keep an eye on them to get on the correct bus.

The above post is right. Finding the correct bus after the custom to get back on is the problem, because it is so crowded there. Wactch out for your belonging too. Good luck!

Try this service, works very well for Americans!!

 

They are at A08 and right next to the $$ exchange place.

 

Enter HK customs, drive to mainland and exit HK customs, go through Chinese customs and look for girls in green jackets. Do not worry they put a dumby sticker on your shirt so they know where you are going!!
