Question about the single certificate

Would we be referring to the "Marriageability Certificate" and wasn't that included in P4 documents?

Your sweetheart need to get a notarized, translated single certificate from her local Notary office. That's not the "intend to marry" letter in the P4 which she will sign in front of VO. We were confused also. It only took Lulu about 30 minutes to do that.

Thank you. Yes, I do think my sweet gal has the one from Notarial Office already. (I will double check!) I was just confused about what I saw in P4 packet. Thank you and Dan both for clarifying. : )
