Mike and Zhen Well, it sure is taking a while to get those P4s for some. Don't wait too long before contacting them about this. DS156k - I filled these out back in October, so at one point in time I must've thought I needed them. But you're right, the Guz site doesn't seem to indicate we need one now. I'd fill one out just in case...who knows what they'll ask for. I'm even thinking about buying a newspaper tonight and taking a pic of myself holding it...sounds retarded, but they've asked for it before. Link to comment
