I assume you've already got your pacakge4. Let me try to answer your question.

Medical exam: around 800RMB depend on wether you need to speed it up or not.

Visa fees: $100

Other expenses? trip to GZ's cost will depend on where you live, where you eat all that....

It originally use to cost 830rmb for the visa, then it was changed to 800 either year or sometimes this year. Is it now lower than 800rmb now?

Ron, I think he is referring to the police certificates, singlehood certificates and other documents that are in Chinese.
