Sent I-130 3 weeks ago

I have looked at a lot of the timelines and see that most get their receipt back from the I-130 within a week or two, its been over three weeks and nothing. Is there anything one can do to check on this since they dont have a number yet? How long would one wait to do something if theres anything one can do?
