david_dawei Posted July 6, 2006 Report Share Posted July 6, 2006 The "A" number is all the same, regardless of where you eventually get it.. Your SO will be assigned just one "A" number.. although there was a case of someone getting two since the chinese given name (of two characters) got divided into a middle name at one point, and then not at another (another reason to get her name down as you want it from beginning to end).
