I have asked to fill 3 times of my personal information. why can't only once?? I think K1/3 should do e-filing application too. Link to comment

We try to help people understand and follow the rules and procedures, but we do not make them. Nor can we do anything to change them. You should address your concerns and suggestions to USCIS and/or the Department of State. Link to comment
GaryandSherry Posted July 1, 2006 Report Share Posted July 1, 2006 I can understand your frustration with the forms, but I think you don't understand the need for each of these forms. It is designed for you to have these forms available at different places before and during your visa interview. One in particular is for the physical examination. I am not sure what the other 2 are, but I am sure they go to different locations. If all you have to do is fill 3 forms and provide the requested documentation, isn't that worth the work to get a visa to be with your SO? Link to comment
