Hey..mama turned in P3 about 3 weeks ago..

Is true average time to VO is 40 days?

(I129f...I-130 still lost in space)

Try keep up with this new K1 thing

to much to take in, does (will) it realy delay

a K3 so close to that day we K3's have

waited so long for?

My wife recieved her P3 on 3/25/06 and got her P4 on 4/30/06.

Looks like we were exactly 40 days too. However, use it as a guide but dont rely on it as gospel, others have been waiting months......it all depends on that wonderful second name check.

 

11/24/05: Got P3, returned next day via DTW

12/07/05: P3 entered to GZ computer

12/25/05: 3rd trip to Shanghai and side trip to Hangzhou

01/03/06: P4 recieved (while I am with her in Shanghai)

The currently published average for K3 , P3-P4 are:

- All K3s = 65 days

- K3s adjusted = 43 days

 

So, I'd use that range as an expectation... but you want to determine from DOS if (1) the namecheck is done (2) the case is eligible for an interview...

Returned our P3 for K3 4/28 it is now 6/15. Called DOS on Monday and I was told "case complete eligible for interview". Called today and a woman said "the only information we have is the case is in GUZ no interview set" and nothing else when asked if there was any other information. Guess it depends on who you talk to on what information you get. I wonder if they log when we call them and they know who the pests are! Still haven't seen the P4 yet or had interview scheduled.
